How much Ancillary FSI is allowed in Pune ?This is the additional floor space index granted for a project after the grant of basic FSI. In Pune, ancillary area FSI is allowed up to 60% of the proposed FSI in development permission, and this can be extended up to 80% for non-residential uses.
